Work Order Module comprises the following features:

• Customer Database: Build or import your own customer database with contact persons and all necessary information.

• Work Orders: View all active work orders in a single screen, displaying order status and progress. Work orders can be independent or linked to a project, directly associated with one or multiple doors, or created from ordered deviations. Assign work orders directly to the calendar for one or more installers responsible for the task.

• Service Report: Send a service report summarizing the work completed, including photos, to the customer once the assignment is confirmed as finished.

• Service Address: Link to Google Maps for easy navigation, ensuring installers arrive promptly at the correct location.
