Introducing the Project Module—a powerful feature within Probe, Radata's advanced solution for seamless project management. Designed for efficiency, transparency, and real-time control, this module enables professionals to handle every detail of lock and hardware installations with precision.

With interactive tools like time tracking, installation estimates, and comprehensive floor plans, you gain a centralized view of each project’s progress and cost efficiency. Whether online or offline, manage deviations, approvals, and notes with ease, ensuring every aspect of the installation process is documented and accessible.

The Project Module is your key to streamlined, accurate project execution from start to finish.

Project module includes:

  • Lock and Hardware List: Provides a detailed overview of lock and hardware configurations on doors, with items sourced from the product database. The interface defines who supplies each item on the hardware list.
  • Installation Estimate: Shows installation estimates per door, on floor plans, and as a total summary of all products supplied by the security company.
  • Time Tracking: Displays actual time usage and hourly cost for each installer in the project, allowing real-time control over progress and expenses.
  • Door Packages: Create fully designed door packages for door environments and drag them directly onto floor plans. Each package includes detailed articles, estimated installation time, cost price, and retail price—all in a single operation.
  • Interactive Floor Plans: Includes hotspots showing project progress via color indicators, deviations, door functions, total and remaining estimated time, door ID, and cylinder stamp. Revision history of floor plans is easily accessible.
  • Deviation Handling: Capture photos or videos of defects or issues requiring approval or orders from contractors or property owners. Differentiate between internal and external deviations, and create unique work orders from one or multiple deviations or maintenance reports.
  • Offline Mode: Continue installation by activating offline mode when there’s no network coverage.
  • Lock Plan: Send the lock plan digitally to the customer for review and approval.
  • Notes: Gather all notes in one place.
  • Operations and Maintenance (FDV): Automatically generates an FDV (Operation and Maintenance) report for the property owner with a single keystroke.
